Role Description The Management Information System Executive will manage and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across departments.

Responsibilities include collecting, validating, and analyzing operational and sales data, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, and ensuring data accuracy and timely dissemination to stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, improving existing reporting processes, and supporting information system enhancements.



This is a full-time, in office role based in Tiruppur, requiring close coordination with local teams and management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, trend analysis, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess experience in MIS Reporting, including creating, updating, and automating periodic reports.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, apparel, or related industries and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work with detailed data, maintain confidentiality, and meet strict timelines.
