Vaidekam Resort & Wellness is looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. (Food & Accomodation Provided)

The candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance and smooth functioning of the resort, including guest rooms, wellness facilities, common areas, utilities and equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of resort facilities and equipment.
- Attend to maintenance complaints and breakdowns promptly.
- Handle basic electrical, A.C., plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
- Maintain guest rooms, villas, wellness areas and common areas.
- Check and maintain pumps, motors, water systems and other equipment.
- Attend to minor repair, carpentry, painting and general maintenance work.
- Identify maintenance issues and carry out necessary repairs.
- Maintain basic records of maintenance and breakdowns.
- Follow safety procedures and keep tools and work areas properly maintained.
- Perform other maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor or management

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
