VS Hospitals req Maintenance Manager

- Manage the overall Engineering & Maintenance operations of the hospital and ensure uninterrupted services.

- Supervise electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, mechanical, and other facility maintenance activities.

- Ensure continuous availability of essential services such as power supply, DG, UPS, water supply, medical gases, air-conditioning, and lifts.

- Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for all hospital equipment and infrastructure.

- Monitor critical equipment and utilities and ensure timely rectification of breakdowns to minimize downtime.

- Supervise and guide electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, engineers, and other maintenance staff.

- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, service reports, and equipment history.

- Coordinate with external vendors and AMC service providers for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and statutory requirements.

- Monitor fire safety systems, electrical safety, lifts, DG sets,



HVAC systems, medical gas systems, and other critical installations.

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, safety standards, hospital policies, NABH requirements, and local regulations.

- Coordinate with the Biomedical Engineering team for maintenance and service of medical equipment wherever required.

- Monitor maintenance-related expenses, AMC contracts, spare parts, inventory, and budget utilization.

- Conduct regular inspections of hospital infrastructure and identify potential safety hazards, taking corrective action promptly.

- Support emergency preparedness, fire drills, disaster management activities, and other hospital safety initiatives.

- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management or Reporting Manager from time to time.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
