Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing maintenance activities across restaurant facilities and equipment. This role includes planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair work, and ensuring equipment downtime is minimized.

The Maintenance

Supervisor will lead and guide maintenance staff, assign tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing issues,



organizing troubleshooting efforts, liaising with vendors and service providers, maintaining maintenance records, and supporting continuous improvement in operational reliability. The role requires close collaboration with operations teams to ensure seamless restaurant functioning.

Qualifications

- Supervisory Skills to lead maintenance teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills to manage restaurant machinery, kitchen equipment, and facility systems.
- Preventive Maintenance expertise to plan, schedule, and execute routine maintenance activities.
- Troubleshooting skills to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, or equipment-related issues.
- Strong understanding of safety standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in facility maintenance.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, maintenance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in hospitality, retail, or QSR operations.
- Effective communication, documentation, and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
