- Job Title: Junior Engineer

- Department: Maintenance / Engineering

- Shift: Shift-based work

- Operate and maintain CNC machines, including HMC, VMC, and VTL.

- Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

- Maintain utility equipment such as DG, compressors, forklifts, STP, etc.

- Support ISO documentation and related maintenance records.

- Perform basic mechanical maintenance activities.

- Carry out preventive maintenance of CNC machines and utility equipment.

- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and equipment-related issues.

- Ensure machines and utility equipment remain operational and minimize breakdowns.

- Maintain proper maintenance schedules, checklists, and service records.

- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth plant operations.

- Should be willing to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities

CNC Machine Maintenance

- Maintain HMC, VMC, and VTL machines.

- Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.





- Monitor machine performance and identify potential breakdowns.

Utility Equipment Maintenance

- Maintain and support utility equipment such as:

- DG sets

- Compressors

- Forklifts

- STP systems

- Other plant utility equipment

Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems

- Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic systems.

- Check and maintain pneumatic systems and related components.

- Identify leaks, pressure issues, and other operational problems.

Documentation & Compliance

- Handle basic ISO documentation work.

- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and reports.

- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are properly documented.

Mechanical Maintenance

- Perform basic mechanical maintenance activities.

- Assist in breakdown maintenance and corrective actions.

- Follow preventive maintenance schedules for machines and utility equipment.
