Role & responsibilities l.lndependently set up and operate VMC machine and Lathe.

1. Read and understand engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.;
2. Perform precision machining operations such as milling, boring, drilling, tapping, reaming, and pocketing.
3. Manufacture machine parts, fixtures, jigs, and tool room components. 5. Understand bearing/shaft/housing fits & precision assembly requirements.
4. Perform in-process and final inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore 7.Gauge, Height Gauge, and Dial Indicators.
5. Set work offsets, tool offsets, and troubleshoot machining issues.
6. Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality compliance

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens CNC controllers.
2. Knowledge of G-Codes and M-Codes. Fixture and jig setup experience.
3. Solid understanding of machining tolerances, fits, and GD&T.;
4. Knowledge of precision machining and quality inspection.
5. Ability to work independently in a Tool Room environment.

Preferred
1. Experience in SPM / Custom machine components, fixture, die.
2. Exposure to low-volume, high-precision machining work.
