About the Role

We want a technically strong ML engineer who has worked across a wide variety of problems, not one narrow slice. You will own models end to end — framing the problem, cleaning messy sensor data, picking the right algorithm, and shipping it to production. Hands-on role, lots of Python, live deployments. Expect a deep technical interview: we will go into your maths, your code and the trade-offs behind your past work.

What You Will Do

- Turn ambiguous business problems into ML problems
- Build and evaluate models across classification, forecasting, clustering, anomaly detection and time-series
- Clean and transform noisy real-world data from sensors and video
- Build visualisations that make data quality and model behaviour clear
- Deploy, monitor and retrain models in production

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years shipping ML models
- Strong Python: NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow




- Genuine depth in ML fundamentals — probability, statistics, linear algebra and optimisation, not just library calls
- You can derive why an algorithm works, defend your choice of it, and explain exactly where it breaks
- Solid data cleaning, feature engineering and visualisation skills
- Hands-on with MongoDB — aggregation pipelines, indexing and querying large collections
- Working experience with Kafka and streaming data pipelines
- Practical MLOps: Docker, CI/CD, experiment tracking, model monitoring
- Strong problem-solving and debugging with limited hand-holding

Manufacturing Domain Experience — Strong Advantage

Exposure to production lines, shop-floor or plant analytics, OEE, yield, throughput or output prediction, predictive maintenance, equipment alarms, SPC, or industrial data sources (MES, SCADA, PLC, historians) will put you ahead.

Nice to Have

Agentic flows and multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, LLMs and

RAG pipelines, computer vision, cloud ML on AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes,edge deployment.
