Machine Learning Engineer AI/ML, GCP & MLOps

- Design, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models for data-quality anomaly detection, attribution, and signal generation.
- Develop and maintain ML pipelines using GCP, Vertex AI, and BigQuery/BigQuery ML.
- Integrate ML outputs with DBT models and data-quality scorecards.
- Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, reproducible experiments, feature engineering documentation, model monitoring, and drift detection.
- Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load dealer data into cloud data warehouses.
- Develop and maintain DBT models for data transformation, testing, and documentation.
- Design and maintain robust Airflow/Astronomer DAGs with alerting, retries, and SLA monitoring.
- Work with large-scale datasets using Python, SQL, PySpark, BigQuery, and GCP services.
- Partner with Product Owners, Analytics, and Engineering teams to identify ML use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze model performance and provide explicit recommendations on ML solution feasibility and deployment.




- Follow strong software engineering practices including TDD, CI/CD, Git, code reviews, and pair programming.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, PI Planning, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Maintain technical documentation for ML models, data pipelines, features, and processes.
- Troubleshoot data, pipeline, model, and production issues and drive them to resolution.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and AI/ML concepts.
- Experience with Scikit-learn.
- Experience with one or more ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience building and deploying ML models/pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
