Role & responsibilities

Design SPMs and CNC-based automation systems (Indexing, Drilling, Punching, Tapping, Rotary Mechanisms).

Develop 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Inventor).

Ensure accuracy up to 0.01mm with proper dimensioning, tolerancing, and BOM creation.

Collaborate with production, purchase, and assembly teams to resolve design/manufacturing challenges.

Innovate cost-effective, reliable, and scalable solutions for automation & fabrication industries.

Perform design validation (tolerance analysis, material selection, and feasibility studies).

Prepare documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications.

Preferred candidate profile In machine design / SPM design / automation equipment (Freshers with strong fundamentals may also apply).

Robust knowledge of mechanical design, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).

Basic understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and servo systems is a plus.

Problem-solving mindset with good communication and teamwork skills.
