- Work Locations: Multiple locations across Chennai

- Preferred Qualification: Any Degree, preferably BA or B.Sc. in Criminology / Defence / Forensic

- Improve organizational profitability by identifying potential loss situations and escalating them promptly for preventive action.

- Conduct video monitoring and review CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities and operational exceptions.

- Report incidents and store alarms to the appropriate hierarchy according to defined processes.

- Monitor reported incidents until proper closure.

- Monitor loss prevention activities related to Cycle Count, FIFO, Write-Off, Second Sale, and cleanliness.

- Conduct L1 checks of SAS (Security Automation System) and report issues for timely repair.

- Monitor HSEF non-compliances and escalate exceptions.

- Assist sites in conducting regular safety drills.





- Reconcile assets transferred between different locations and initiate corrective action for assets lost during transportation.

- Investigate discrepancies reported by stores using CCTV footage at the Distribution Centre (DC).

- Travel across Chennai locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

Loss Prevention & Monitoring:

- Identify and prevent potential inventory and asset losses.

- Monitor store operations for loss prevention risks.

- Review CCTV footage and investigate suspicious activities.

- Identify exceptions and escalate them to relevant stakeholders.

- Monitor Cycle Count, FIFO, Write-Off, and Second Sale processes.

CCTV & Incident Investigation

- Conduct regular video monitoring.

- Review CCTV footage to investigate store discrepancies and incidents.

- Record and report identified exceptions.

- Coordinate with relevant teams until incidents are resolved and closed.
