Lovestruck Studio is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a proven track record in sales conversion, preferably within the wedding photography industry.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle these enquiries professionally, build relationships with potential clients, understand their requirements, present suitable photography packages, follow up consistently, negotiate when required, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The role also includes developing professional relationships with marriage view and Event teams to create referral and partnership opportunities for Lovestruck Studio.

Key Responsibilities – Lead Conversion & Sales

· Handle leads and enquiries generated by the company through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.

· Understand the couple’s wedding requirements, expectations, preferences and budget.

· Respond promptly and professionally to new enquiries.

· Qualify enquiries and convert them into genuine prospects and client meetings.

· Present and explain wedding photography packages, pricing and services.

· Conduct client meetings and consultations when required.

· Follow up with prospects systematically until the booking decision.

· Handle client questions, objections and negotiations effectively.

· Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

· Maintain accurate lead, enquiry and follow-up records.

· Coordinate with the photography team to ensure a smooth transition after booking.





· Achieve monthly enquiry-to-booking conversion and revenue targets.

Partnerships & Business Development

· Identify and connect with elite marriage halls and event management teams. Build and maintain professional relationships with venue and event teams.

· Develop partnership and referral tie-ups to generate a consistent flow of wedding photography enquiries.

· Visit and meet venue owners or managers to introduce Lovestruck Studio and its photography services. Explore mutually beneficial referral opportunities and partnership arrangements.

Requirements

· 2+ years of proven experience in sales conversion or business development.

· Experience in wedding photography, wedding events or a related creative service industry is strongly preferred.

· Strong experience in handling inbound leads and converting enquiries into paying customers.

· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

· Confident and professional personality with strong client-handling ability.

· Valuable understanding of wedding photography packages and customer expectations.

· Robust follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.

· Target-oriented and motivated by achieving sales results.

· Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages.

· Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.

· Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and venue partnership visits when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
