Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer (P3) with solid expertise in SCCM/Intune and M365 collaboration tools. The role involves endtoend administration, packaging/patching, and enterpriselevel support for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead implementation and administration of M365 Suites, focusing on SharePoint Online and collaboration tools.
- Manage SCCM/Intune for application packaging, patching, MSI/EXE deployments, detection logic, PSADT, and Win32 apps.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and deploy scalable M365 solutions.
- Administer SharePoint site collections, permissions, and lifecycle management.




- Provide expert guidance, troubleshooting, and incident management for M365 services.
- Monitor usage, optimize performance, and ensure compliance/security across M365 ecosystem.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
- Stay updated with latest Microsoft 365 features and enhancements.

Mandatory Skills

- Microsoft 365 Suites (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
- SCCM / Intune
- Application Packaging & Patching (MSI/EXE, PSADT, Win32 apps)

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
