Role & responsibilities

1. Oversee end-to-end operations of the Special Profile Mill, ensuring smooth production and dispatch workflows.
2. Responsible for inventory planning, dispatch scheduling, and yard management to maintain operational efficiency.
3. Drive OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries through coordination with production and logistics teams.
4. Manage PSFS (Prime Stock for Sale) inventory and lead stock liquidation initiatives to improve working capital efficiency.
5. Collaborate with Production Planning, Dispatch Planning, Sales, and Marketing to align operational activities with business goals.
6. Handle secondary stock management, implementing strategies to minimize aged or slow-moving inventory.
7. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve customer complaints and improve satisfaction.

Required Competencies

1. Temp. above 30C and equipments like Logistics/ GH Yard / Back Yard / ASM/ Auction Yard & other being used.
2. Proximity to Heat, Noise & Temperature.
