Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities.

- Maintain Daily status reports for the export shipments.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory control.

- Support warehousing operations, including receiving and storing goods.

- Provide customer service support, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.

- Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

- Coordinate transportation and distribution of goods.

- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

- Resolve issues related to customs, shipping, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- 3-4 years of experience in import/export operations.

- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
