Role & responsibilities:

- Handle air export and import shipments from booking through to final delivery.

- Book cargo space with airlines and coordinate with airline cargo teams.

- Prepare and check airway bills, shipment documents and customer updates.

- Coordinate customs clearance and follow up on anything holding a shipment up.

- Work with overseas agents through the company's global network.

- Use the company's operating system daily and give feedback on it as it is built.

- Learn air freight operations on the floor, with training from an experienced team.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Fresh graduate in an IT or computer stream. B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc or BCA.

- Also open to candidates with a few months of IT experience who want to move into logistics.

- Comfortable with technology and with AI tools as everyday working aids.





- Willing to learn air freight operations hands-on rather than from a desk.

- Clear spoken and written English. Tamil practical.

- Based in Chennai or able to relocate, and able to work a six-day week.

Note:

- This is an operations role, not a software development role. You will use and improve the company's systems, not build them.

- The office is near the airport cargo belt in Chennai. Please check the commute before applying.

- Six days a week. Air freight runs on customer deadlines and hours are rotational.

- Trainee to start, moving to Executive on confirmation. Yearly appraisal. No bond.

- The company is looking for people who want to build a career here over two to three years.
