Manage and coordinate day-to-day international import and export operations.

- Coordinate global shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Handle logistics documentation and communicate with international clients, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Ensure timely and smooth movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage international import and export shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Handle daily overseas logistics operations and ensure timely execution of shipments.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas partners.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain import/export documentation.
- Handle documents such as:
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Shipping Bills
- Bills of Lading / Airway Bills
- Certificates of Origin
- Other shipment-related documents
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal teams.
- Coordinate with customs and regulatory agencies for smooth shipment clearance.
- Monitor shipment schedules, transit times, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and international vendors for accurate shipment details and documentation.




- Review freight quotations and coordinate with logistics partners for competitive shipping rates.
- Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions and shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable import/export regulations and customs requirements.
- Coordinate with the Finance/Accounts team regarding freight invoices, payments, and related documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on shipments, import/export activities, and logistics performance.
- Support the team in improving logistics processes and reducing delays and transportation costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in International Logistics / Import & Export.
- Good knowledge of import/export procedures and international shipping documentation.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under strict timelines and handle pressure.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
