- Position: Logistics Coordinator (Tiles &
- Sanitaryware)

- Location: Chennai

- Employment Type: Full time

- Manage daily logistics operations, customer deliveries, order dispatches, and warehouse stock movements.

- Coordinate transportation and ensure timely delivery of tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and other products.

- Verify outgoing materials against invoices to ensure correct quantities, batch numbers, and damage-free products.

- Handle urgent field deliveries, stock pickups, and document handovers using a two-wheeler.

- Assist with store sales by attending to walk-in customers, explaining products, taking orders, and following up with customers.

- Support inventory monitoring and maintain an organized store and display area.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics &

- Dispatch Coordination:

- Book transport vehicles through Porter, local tempo services, and other logistics platforms.

- Coordinate customer deliveries and warehouse stock movements.

- Ensure products reach customers safely and on time.

- Coordinate with drivers and transporters for delivery updates.

Quality &





- Dispatch Checks

- Verify outgoing tile boxes, sanitaryware items, and bath fittings against invoices.

- Check batch numbers and quantities before dispatch.

- Inspect materials for visible damage and report discrepancies immediately.

- Ensure correct products are dispatched to customers.

Field Errands &

- Urgent Deliveries

- Use a two-wheeler for urgent deliveries and field-related activities.

- Deliver tile samples to customers when required.

- Pick up urgent stock, hardware, or materials from nearby vendors.

- Collect and hand over invoices, documents, and other business-related materials.

Store Sales Assistance

- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

- Explain available tile, sanitaryware, and bath fitting options.

- Assist customers in selecting suitable products.

- Take customer orders and coordinate with the concerned team for fulfillment.

- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
