Job Role: Logistics and Warehouse Executive

- Oversee the complete storage, movement, and distribution of goods.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, staff coordination, and transportation logistics.
- Handle the complete order cycle, from receiving raw materials to dispatching finished products.
- Ensure warehouse and logistics operations are safe, efficient, and cost-effective.
- Use logistics systems and operational data to monitor KPIs and improve processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management:

- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including:

- Receiving materials

- Storing goods

- Picking items

- Packing orders

- Shipping and dispatching
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
- Coordinate warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities.

Inventory Control

- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.




- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged goods, and discrepancies.
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward movements.

Logistics & Transportation

- Plan and coordinate transportation routes and shipments.
- Coordinate timely deliveries to customers and company facilities.
- Communicate with transporters and logistics service providers.
- Negotiate with carriers to achieve cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.

Supplier & Customer Coordination

- Coordinate with suppliers regarding material receipts and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with customers regarding dispatches and deliveries.
- Resolve logistics and shipment-related issues promptly.
- Maintain qualified relationships with suppliers, customers, and transport partners.
