- Provide data for meetings/ discussions with internal/ external stakeholders
Review Stock Status at regional Level as per Forecast/ plan
Primary Operation Specific:
- Ensure to line up the proper availability of trucks in advance
- Ensure timely coordination with railway staff,
packing plant and railway core team for optimal rake management
- Ensure proper movement of vehicles from Yard-In to Sec-In to Sec-Out to Gate Out
Improve truck load order execution time Freight Billing & Admin:
- Ensure processing of clinker freight bills received with 100% accuracy
- Ensure processing all miscellaneous bills such as painting/canteen/GPS/GST etc.
- Resolve transporters query related to their freight Amount / Shortage / Penalty of Cement & Clinker
Ensure completion of all Logistics Admin activities
