Role & responsibilities

- Should have 2 years Experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office and any Ticketing tool

Logistic should have good knowledge of Store related activity.
- Technically strong on Windows environment.Able to coordinate with vendor. Positive understanding on ITIL process.

Deliverables Inventory (Software and hardware) management of Technology Store.

lssue of the materials after getting proper approval form signed by technology managers. Receiving of materials, which are related to Technology Stores.

Updating inventory record for issued and received Technology store items.

Managing inventory list cost center details for all desktop PC’s, Printers, IBM

Compaq Servers, which is populated in the AESC-I site.

Issue the FNR Laptop certificate to the INR Laptop users.





Vendor Co-ordination for faulty/repair materials.

Provide required MIS/Status/Inventory/Audit reporting as required.

Structures the technical work of project.

Provides technical leadership to team members.

Tickets to be reviewed on daily basis

User feedback & corrective action incase require

Knowledge base deployment and updation including Matrix of Team

Team Meeting on regular basis

Handling Escalations

Vendor Co-ordination as on when require

Focus on SLA

Manages the execution of a project plan, including quality and completion of own work while simultaneously monitoring the work of team members.
