About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Loan Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales, team handling, customer relationship management, and preferably in education loans, banking, NBFC, financial services, or loan sales.

You will be responsible for driving loan sales, managing customer relationships, achieving monthly targets, and supporting the team in converting leads into successful loan disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and achieve monthly loan sales and disbursement targets.
- Handle and convert leads through calls, follow-ups, meetings, and customer interactions.
- Guide customers through the complete loan process, from application to disbursement.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with students, parents, education consultants, and other business partners.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to loan applications and processing.
- Train, guide, and motivate sales team members when required.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on targets and achievements.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in education loans, personal loans, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Leadership and team-management skills will be an added advantage.
