Job Summary/About the Role The position is responsible for executing, coordinating and tracking the Organization’s Wellness programs for clients.

Required Qualifications-Graduate and above

Required Experience and Skills

- Minimum of 10 years of experience and 3+ years of work experience, largely with

Insurance industry
- Prior experience in Wellness
- Have good client engagement Skills
- Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Have a quick, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset
- Have strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to wok across teams
- Be proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
- Be capable of orchestrating cross-functional engagements




- Be organized and methodical in their approach to work
- Have an aptitude for continuous learning
- Have good negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

- This position will require developing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with

clients, vendors, and internal departments; in addition to providing superior client management/client service while developing an excellent understanding of the industry.
- Works with Sales and Account Management team to establish implementation timelines and

metrics for all new accounts. Fully understands and communicates client expectations and background to assist ensure a timely and accurate implementation.
- May be expected to travel to be onsite for new client implementation kick off meetings or other

onsite meetings.
- Review population aggregate and participation status reports with your clients on a monthly,

quarterly, and annual basis and make strategic recommendations for ongoing program management and ever-increasing member engagement.
- Identify potential program enhancements to increase member satisfaction utilizing trend data.
- Proactively monitor and measure assigned client program data throughout the year; provide

clients with timely and meaningful insight and/or recommendations.
- Work with client requirements for improving annual wellness programming year-over- year.
- Employ a consultative and solution-based approach to ascertain and articulate the Vitality value

proposition with each clients’ strategic goals and objectives.
- Proactively communicate with assigned clients and be their main point for contact for day-to-day

operational support. Represent your client’s best interests within Vitality, ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are maintained, and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
