Job Overview As an SBI Life Mitra, you will act as a trusted financial advisor guiding individuals and families to secure their financial future. You will analyze client needs, recommend tailored life insurance products (term plans, savings, child education, and retirement plans), and build long-term relationships backed by the trust of the SBI brand. ---

**Key Responsibilities*

Lead Generation &

• Prospecting: Identify potential clients through networking, cold outreach, community engagement, and personal/qualified referrals. Financial Need Analysis: Understand client goals, risk profiles, and income levels to suggest appropriate insurance solutions. Product Presentation: Present and explain SBI Life policies (protection, unit-linked plans, savings, and retirement schemes) clearly. Client Onboarding &

- Documentation: Assist clients with application forms, KYC verifications, proposal submissions, and medical checkup coordination. Relationship Management: Maintain post-sales contact for policy renewals, claim assistance, address updates, and additions to existing policies. Digital Tools Utilization: Use SBI Life’s digital platforms and mobile apps for issue-free policy issuance, portfolio updates,



and tracking commissions. --- Eligibility &
- Requirements Age: Minimum 18 years (no upper age limit; suitable for homemakers, retired personnel, and working professionals). Education: Minimum Class 10th (SSC) pass from a recognized board. Regulatory Compliance: Willingness to complete mandatory training and pass the IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) Pre-Licensing Examination. Documents Required: Valid Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, educational mark sheets, canceled cheque/bank details, and passport-size photographs.
