? Experience: 8+ years in Linux userspace/platform software | 3+ years in technical leadership

We are looking for an experienced Linux Platform Software Team Lead to lead a team building the Linux userspace platform for next-generation connected security and access control products.

? Key Responsibilities• Lead, mentor, and technically guide Linux Platform Software Engineers

- Own Linux userspace platform architecture and reusable platform services
- Develop system services and microservices for diagnostics, logging, security, OTA, cloud connectivity, configuration, and event management
- Design robust IPC solutions using D-Bus, gRPC, Unix Domain Sockets, shared memory, and message queues

• Build scalable, multithreaded, event-driven software

• Drive integration across Linux, hardware/BSP, companion MCUs, cloud, and product applications

• Conduct architecture/design reviews and ensure software quality

?️ Must-Have Skills✅ 8+ years of Linux userspace / middleware / distributed software development





✅ 3+ years of technical leadership experience

✅ Strong C/C++ and Python programming

✅ Linux system services & systemd

✅ Microservice / service-oriented architecture

✅ Robust IPC knowledge

✅ Multithreading & event-driven programming

✅ REST APIs, MQTT, cloud integration & OTA mechanisms

✅ Authentication, authorization, encryption & secure software design

✅ Git, CMake and Linux development environments

✅ Experience with Yocto, Debian SDK or similar

⭐ Good to Have: Java-based embedded applications or OSGi experience
