Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a LinkedIn Content Creator based in Pune City. The LinkedIn Content Creator will be responsible for planning, writing, and publishing high-quality LinkedIn posts, carousels, and thought-leadership content for clients, aligned with their personal branding strategy and business goals. The role includes conducting research on industry trends, audience needs, and client positioning, as well as repurposing long-form content (blogs, podcasts, videos) into platform-ready LinkedIn assets.

The Content

Creator will collaborate closely with strategists and designers to develop content calendars, optimize LinkedIn profiles,



and track performance using analytics to refine content approaches. Daily tasks also involve engaging with audiences through comments and messages, supporting authority-building campaigns, and contributing ideas for new content formats that enhance visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Strong LinkedIn-focused content skills, including short-form writing, storytelling, and creating posts that drive engagement and profile growth.
- Experience in content strategy and planning, including editorial calendars, personal branding narratives, and alignment with business and positioning goals.
- Ability to conduct structured research on industries, competitors, and audience behavior to inform content angles and messaging.
- Proficiency in editing and proofreading to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand-aligned tone across all LinkedIn content.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing principles, particularly LinkedIn algorithms, profile optimization, and audience-building techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone for different professional audiences.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment, managing multiple client accounts, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in personal branding, copywriting, or social media content creation is an advantage.
