Link Building Specialist (Part-Time or Full time)We're on the hunt for a sharp, tenacious Link Building Specialist who gets that one great placement beats a dozen mediocre ones. This isn't a role where you just chase links - you'll be forging real relationships and landing placements that move the needle on traffic and revenue. Expect to spend your time on the strategies that actually work: sizing up the competition, securing targeted link inserts, teaming up on content, and growing a network of publishers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Running outreach campaigns start to finish - spotting the right targets, tracking down contacts, and crafting pitches that land
- Digging into competitors' backlink profiles (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) to uncover opportunities worth replicating
- Cultivating a roster of publishers, link partners, bloggers etc negotiating terms and keeping those relationships warm for future work
- Vetting every link and mention against our quality bar (DR thresholds, organic traffic,



topical relevance)
- Keeping tabs on live links and pulling together weekly/monthly performance and ROI reports

What We're Looking For

- At least 2 years' hands-on experience in link building or digital PR
- Comfortable working across Ahrefs (or SEMrush), a link-building platform such as Pitchbox, outreach software, and PR tools like Muck Rack or HARO
- Excellent written English - you can craft a subject line people open and a pitch that earns a yes
- Thick skin - you treat "no" as part of the process and know the real wins often come from the follow-up

Nice to Have

- Hands-on Pitchbox experience
- A knack for valuing links and pricing placements
- Familiarity with digital PR tactics like newsjacking and HARO
- Enough HTML/WordPress know-how to get a guest post live yourself
