Position: Life Skill Coaches

Location: Gurgaon 4, Haryana and Raj Nagar Ghaziabad

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month A Life Skills Coach works with students, teachers, parents, coordinators, counsellors, and school leadership to support the overall social, emotional, and personal development of children.

- Conduct age-appropriate life skills sessions for students from Pre-Primary to Senior School.
- Develop confidence, communication, emotional intelligence, empathy, resilience, leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
- Address essential skills such as self-awareness, problem-solving, conflict resolution, time management, personal safety, and responsible behavior.
- Use interactive activities, games, role plays, discussions, stories, and experiential learning to make sessions engaging.
- Conduct workshops and awareness programmes for students, teachers, and parents.
- Collaborate with class teachers, coordinators, school counsellors,



and management to understand student needs and support development.
- Observe student behavior and participation and provide constructive feedback and developmental inputs.
- Support teachers and parents with practical strategies for positive communication, behavior management, and emotional support.
- Identify students who may need additional guidance or professional support and follow the school’s referral and safeguarding procedures.
- Maintain session plans, attendance, observations, feedback, reports, and programme documentation.
- Support the school in creating a safe, positive, inclusive, and emotionally supportive setting.
- Align life skills programmes with the school’s vision, values, curriculum, and overall student-development goals.
