? About the Role
We are looking for a Licensing Executive to join our growing team and support UAE company incorporation, licensing and corporate compliance operations across different UAE jurisdictions.
The role will involve working closely with international clients and UAE-based teams, coordinating documentation, applications, renewals and day-to-day operational requirements.
? Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day licensing and corporate service operations
Coordinate with international clients and UAE-based teams
Support company incorporation, trade licence issuance and renewals
Coordinate documentation, applications, submissions and follow-ups
Support UAE visa-related and corporate compliance processes
Work across different UAE free zones and jurisdictions
Maintain client records, trackers and documentation
Coordinate with relevant UAE authorities/free zones as required
Use AI tools and technology for research,
documentation, reporting and operational efficiency
Ensure timely communication and smooth execution of client requirements
? What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in Operations, Client Management, Licensing or a related field
Freshers with an MBA and a strong interest in UAE Corporate Services may also apply
Experience handling international clients is preferred
Strong communication and client-management skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and documentation
Good practical knowledge and interest in AI tools
Willingness to learn UAE company incorporation, licensing and compliance
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
