About The Job
M&A; Law Offices is inviting applications from legal professionals and law students to join its growing team in Recent Delhi.We are looking for individuals who are diligent, sincere, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in developing their legal practice.
Associate –
- Litigation — 2 Positions
Legal Intern — 2 Positions
Eligibility
✅
- Strong legal drafting skills and a sound understanding of procedural laws
✅
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership
✅
- Excellent oral and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills
✅
- Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn
✅
- Capable of handling matters independently over time
✅
- The candidate must be prepared to take individual responsibility
Responsibility
(i)
Corporate Law &
- Contracts: Assisting with corporate research, contract drafting and review of legal agreements.
(ii) Intellectual Property (IP) Research: Analysis of IP laws, IP search and statutory frameworks.
(iii) Content Creation &
- Strategy: Building legal concepts and developments into structured content.
(iv) Legal Assistance &
- Admin Work: Supporting day-to-day administrative functions and operational legal tasks.
