Key Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate, commercial law, IPR, and litigation assignments.
- Contract drafting and review, along with court visits.
- Conduct legal research, due diligence, and advisory work.
- Assist with regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance matters.
Eligibility:
- 3-year or 5-year LL.B. students.
- Freshers may apply.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Interest in Corporate Law and Business Advisory.
- Prior internship experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in litigation are encouraged to apply.
