This program is tailored for individuals seeking real-world court exposure, high-stakes trial and appellate drafting, and active participation in complex litigation before one of India's premier High Courts.

Key Practice Areas

Interns will gain direct mentorship and practical insight across diverse practice domains, including:

- Criminal Law & High Court Litigation: Substantive exposure to criminal procedure, trial strategy, and appellate proceedings before the Hon'ble High Court.
- Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881: Focused work on Section 138 proceedings, cheque dishonour cases, defense strategies, and technical litigation nuances.
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) Law: Exposure to statutory interpretation, revenue disputes, administrative compliance, and appellate tax litigation under the GST framework.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities





- Drafting critical pleadings such as regular bail applications, anticipatory bail applications, criminal miscellaneous applications, petitions, and affidavits.
- Conducting in-depth legal research on statutory provisions, evolving precedents, and recent landmark rulings of High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
- Preparing comprehensive case briefs, summaries, written arguments, and client consultation notes.
- Observing live legal proceedings to gain a practical understanding of High Court registry processes, courtroom advocacy, and litigation strategy.

Eligibility Criteria

- Currently enrolled in a recognized 3-Year LL.B. or 5-Year Integrated B.A. LL.B. (or equivalent) degree program.
- Demonstrated academic or practical interest in Criminal Law, Negotiable Instruments Act, and GST/Taxation laws.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and skilled drafting capabilities.
