A leading Fintech & Digital Lending Company based in Gurugram is inviting applications for a 3-Month Legal Internship focusing on commercial contracts and in-house legal operations.

Role Overview

This 3-month legal internship offers hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts within a modern, technology-driven corporate workplace. Working directly alongside the legal team, you will gain invaluable exposure to the legal frameworks governing digital lending and fintech infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Contract Drafting & Structuring: Assist in drafting a variety of commercial agreements, service contracts, and regulatory documents.
- Review & Analysis: Analyze and review operational agreements, identifying legal risks and ensuring corporate compliance.
- Negotiation Exposure:



Gain direct insight and practical exposure to the contract negotiation process with external vendors and partners.
- Legal Documentation: Maintain meticulous legal records, standard operating agreements, and internal legal databases.
- In-House Operations: Work closely with business teams to provide legal support tailored to fast-paced fintech operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Currently pursuing a recognized degree in law (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. or equivalent).
- Strong foundational interest in contract law, commercial drafting, and in-house legal work.
- Keen interest in the financial technology (Fintech) and digital lending sectors.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and legal communication skills.
