We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Law Intern to support our team across legal research, documentation, contract review and compliance. This role offers practical exposure to how legal matters are managed within a business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on relevant Indian laws, rules and regulations
- Review agreements and identify potential legal, commercial and compliance risks
- Prepare summaries, comparison notes and supporting legal documents
- Maintain and organise legal records and documentation
- Assist with basic corporate and regulatory compliance matters
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal professionals, as required
- Track relevant legal and regulatory developments
Required Skills
- Sound understanding of contract law and commercial agreements
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities
- Good drafting, proofreading and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and simplify legal language
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing an LLB or a five-year integrated law degree, such as BA LLB, BBA LLB or BCom LLB
- Candidates with a keen interest in corporate or commercial law will be preferred
