Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Intern at Srivastava Law Offices, you will be deeply integrated into our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive legal research on intricate points of law.
- Assisting in the drafting of legal documents, pleadings, briefs,



and opinions.
- Analyzing case files, statutes, and judicial precedents to support ongoing litigation and advisory matters.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and case strategy discussions.

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Target Batches: Final-year law students (Batch of 2027) and Fresh Graduates (Batch of 2026).
- Skills: Strong legal research, analytical thinking, and precise drafting skills.
- Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Gurgaon and comfortable with an offline (on-site) work format.
- Attitude: A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
