The Chance & Practice Areas

This on-site internship is meticulously designed to provide meaningful, hands-on exposure to the practical aspects of legal practice. As an intern, you will gain deep insights into:

- Civil Dispute Resolution: Navigating complex civil suits, drafting pleadings, and understanding procedural nuances.
- Commercial Litigation: Assisting in corporate disputes, contract enforcement, and commercial arbitration.
- Consumer Disputes:



Representing client interests across various consumer fora and drafting consumer complaints.
- Corporate Advisory: Researching regulatory compliances and drafting advisory opinions for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

During your internship, you will be an integral part of the team, undertaking responsibilities such as:
- Conducting in-depth legal research on complex statutory provisions and case laws.
- Drafting legal documents, including petitions, written statements, appeals, and legal notices.
- Assisting the litigation team in court preparation and attending court proceedings to observe arguments.
- Participating in client briefings and advisory discussions.

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, analytical mind, and passion for litigation. To be eligible, you must be:
- A fourth-year or final-year law student (5-year integrated program) or a final-year student (3-year LL.B. program).
- Possess strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Available for an offline, on-site internship at our Safdarjung Enclave office for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
