Ace Lex – Advocates & Solicitors, a premier litigation-focused law firm based in Shalimar Bagh, North Delhi, invites ambitious law students to apply for its full-time, in-office Legal Internship Program. Designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world legal practice, this internship provides immersive hands-on experience in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, legal due diligence, and corporate advisory services.

About Ace Lex – Advocates & Solicitors

Ace Lex maintains an active practice before prominent judicial forums, including the Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and various District Courts across Delhi. The firm specializes in handling complex commercial disputes, corporate compliance, regulatory litigation, and arbitration proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

- Legal Research & Drafting: Conduct in-depth research on statutory provisions and precedent case law, preparing draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions.
- Case Preparation: Assist legal teams in case analysis, brief preparation,



and trial strategies for active matters before trial and appellate forums.
- Courtroom & Client Exposure: Attend court hearings, observe litigation strategies, and participate in client-facing discussions under senior mentorship.
- Corporate Advisory & Due Diligence: Assist with drafting commercial contracts, due diligence reports, and regulatory compliance documentation.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. or 2nd/3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
- Must be available for a full time, in-office commitment in Shalimar Bagh, North Delhi.
- Demonstrated strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Standard Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Internship Duration & Stipend

- Duration: Minimum 4 weeks, with rolling start dates on 1st September 2026, 1st October 2026, 1st November 2026, and 1st December 2026.
- Stipend: Performance-based stipend awarded based on evaluation during the internship.
