Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and central laws relating to real estate, land use, RERA, municipal regulations, stamp duty, registration, and other applicable statutes.

- Provide expertise in commercial, corporate, and business laws relevant to the companys operations.

- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents including Lease Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and other contracts.

- Negotiate contractual terms with landowners, contractors, vendors, partners, intermediaries, and consultants to safeguard the company’s interests.

- Coordinate with external law firms for legal due diligence on land and property acquisitions, including title verification, encumbrance checks, zoning, and regulatory approvals.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks to ensure the company operates within all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

- Evaluate ongoing and proposed projects to ensure compliance with corporate law requirements.

- Conduct in-depth legal research on partnerships, mergers,



acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

- Curate, maintain, and oversee legal documentation to ensure contracts are legally sound, commercially viable, and aligned with company policies.

- Review and update company legal policies periodically in line with changing laws and regulations.

- Stay updated with energetic changes in real estate and corporate laws on a national level.

Required skills and qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in law, either LLB or BA.LLB from a recognised university

- LLM or specialisation in company law, or corporate law is an added advantage.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working as a Legal Consultant/Legal Advisor/Legal Executive in a reputed Company or a law firm.

- Registered with the Bar Council of India

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills

- Comprehensive understanding of RERA and corporate law
