Bull Machines Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Legal Executive to manage and support corporate, commercial, contractual, litigation, compliance and legal risk matters. The candidate should have strong contract management and legal advisory experience, preferably from a manufacturing or engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate and vet commercial agreements, vendor contracts, lease agreements, service agreements, NDAs, MoUs and other legal documents.

2. Legal Advisory &
- Risk Management:

Provide legal advice to business functions, identify contractual and legal risks, and recommend practical mitigation measures.

- Litigation &

- Dispute Management:

Manage litigation, arbitration, legal notices and disputes while coordinating with external advocates and legal consultants.

- Compliance &

- Employment Law:

Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, labour and employment laws and support HR/business teams on related legal matters.

- Legal Documentation &

- Regulatory Coordination:

Manage legal records, contracts,



IPR matters, licences and case documentation, and liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies.

Candidate Profile

- 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/legal functions.

- LL.B. mandatory
- LL.M. will be an added advantage.

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automobile, construction equipment or FMCG is preferred.

- Strong expertise in contract drafting, commercial law, litigation, compliance and legal risk management.

- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently handle multiple legal matters.
