We are looking for builders, problem-solvers and people who are curious about how the legal profession will work in the future. Law Students / Lawyers may apply. You would be working at the intersection of law, AI, technology and legal operations .

This is not a conventional legal role.

You will work on identifying how legal work can be improved, structured, automated and delivered more efficiently using technology and AI. What will you do?

- Analyse existing legal processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Build and test AI-assisted workflows for legal research, drafting, review and other legal tasks
- Work with LLMs and AI tools to develop practical applications for legal work
- Design workflows and systems for consistent legal outputs
- Test, evaluate and improve AI-generated legal work for accuracy and usefulness
- Research emerging LegalTech and AI tools and assess their practical application
- Work with lawyers to understand real-world legal problems and translate them into technology-enabled solutions
- Help develop internal systems, knowledge bases,



templates and processes that improve the delivery of legal services
- Continuously experiment with current tools and approaches to make legal work faster, better and more scalable

What are we looking for?

You should have

A strong understanding of legal concepts and legal processes

Understanding in AI, LLMs and emerging technology

Curiosity and Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Attention to detail

Experience with Team Work

Experience with technology and willingness to experiment/create with new tools

Good written and communication skills A mindset of questioning existing processes and finding better ways of doing things

Programming experience is NOT mandatory! However, you should be comfortable to learning new technology quickly and willing to go beyond traditional legal work.

Experience and Interest in AI + Law + LegalTech with Proof of concept, demonstrated past projects, experiments, research or practical work in this area are encouraged to apply.
