Role Description The Legal Executive role at AVMLabs is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore.

The Legal

Executive will review, draft, and manage a variety of legal documents, including contracts, property-related agreements, and conveyancing records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. This role involves providing practical legal advice to internal stakeholders, supporting business decisions, and mitigating legal risks in areas such as property law, commercial agreements, and regulatory requirements.

Executive will liaise with external legal counsel,



government authorities, and other entities when required, and maintain organized records of legal documentation and approvals. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring legal developments relevant to the laboratory and healthcare sectors, supporting due diligence activities, and assisting with policy updates and internal training on legal compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and contract drafting, including reviewing agreements for risk and compliance.
- Experience providing Legal Advice to internal stakeholders, with sound judgment and business-oriented solutions.
- Knowledge of Property Law and Conveyancing, including handling property-related documentation and registrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent with commerce background; enrollment with a recognized Bar Council is an advantage.
- Experience in corporate legal roles, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or related regulated industries.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in office in Coimbatore, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, data protection, and regulatory requirements in India and GCC markets is beneficial.
