Key Responsibilities

- Legal Research: Conduct rigorous legal research on statutory provisions, precedent case law, and procedural rules across various legal domains.
- Drafting & Pleadings: Draft legal notices, petitions, counter-affidavits, written submissions, and appeals for courts and tribunals.
- Court Appearances:



Represent clients and assist senior advocates during hearings before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
- Client Strategy & Management: Interact with clients, gather case facts, assist in strategic case planning, and prepare detailed briefing notes.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution or university.
- Active enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Prior experience or strong demonstrated interest in litigation and court practice.
- Excellent legal writing, analytical thinking, and oral arguments capabilities.
- Proactive attitude, solid work ethic, and ability to meet strict court deadlines.
