About the Role

We are looking for Law Students / Freshers interested in building a career in Non-Litigation Legal Work, particularly in Title Search/Legal Opinion Report, Legal Research, and Documentation.

The candidate will work with our legal team and gain practical Industry exposure to property-related Legal Opinion Reports / Title Search Reports (TSR) for Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions and Individuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with property-related legal research and title searches.
- Review land records, property documents, and ownership history as part of title chain.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing Title Search / Title Opinion Reports.
- Conduct research on property laws, land registration, and State-specific regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for required documentation.
- Assist in addressing queries from Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions and Individuals on property related services.





Who Can Apply?

- Freshers pursuing LL.B. / LL.B. graduates interested in Non-Litigation work only.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with an interest in Property Law, Legal Research, Documentation, and Title Search/Opinion.
- Internship/academic exposure to property law will be an added advantage.
- Candidates based in Gujarat or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad may apply.

Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or completed LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Solid interest in Non-Litigation Legal Work.
- Good legal research, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Gujarati.
