We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Property Retail Leasing Manager to manage leasing and tenancy operations for branded retail spaces across our commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing retail leasing brands deals with national and international brands and be able to deliver high occupancy rates and tenant mix optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Retail Leasing (Brands Focus)

- Identify, approach, and onboard national and international retail brands across categories such as fashion, lifestyle, beauty, electronics, and F&B.;
- Handle end-to-end lease negotiations, including commercials, terms & conditions, fit-out timelines, and legal documentation.
- Curate and optimize the tenant mix to align with the property's brand positioning and consumer demographics.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies based on market demand, footfall trends, and competitor benchmarking.

2. Brand Relationship Management




- Build and maintain robust relationships with brand leasing teams, franchisees, and retail consultants.
- Act as the single point of contact for branded tenants during leasing, fit-out, and operational phases.
- Understand brand expansion strategies and proactively pitch available mall spaces.

3. Lease Administration & Documentation
- Oversee lease documentation, negotiations, execution, and compliance in coordination with legal and finance teams.
- Track lease expiries, rent escalations, and key contractual milestones.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of lease terms, licenses, and operational handover dates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- 8 to15 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably with exposure to brand leasing.
