What would you do?

- The Learning Admin Lead is responsible for overseeing and leading day to day learning administration operations. This role ensures efficient delivery of learning services, adherence to SLAs, quality assurance, and effective people coordination.

- Lead and manage a team of Learning Admin Associates and Analysts
- Oversee end to end learning administration activities including scheduling, enrollment, tracking, and reporting
- Ensure SLA, quality, and compliance adherence across learning operations
- Act as escalation point for learner and stakeholder issues
- Coordinate with Learning Partners, HR, vendors, and facilitators for seamless learning delivery
- Review and validate learning data, dashboards, and operational reports
- Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support audits, compliance checks, and data privacy requirements relevant to Australia
