Position: Lead – Windows Server, PowerShell & Scripting

Experience: 10+ Years

Shift: US Shift / EST Coverage

Notice Period: Immediate to Short Notice Joiners Preferred

Work Mode: As per client requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Windows Server and systems programming initiatives.
- Manage projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain HCL BigFix packages for third-party application deployments and Windows fixes.
- Design, document, and maintain Windows configurations and environments.
- Create, implement, and manage Change Controls.
- Provide high-level technical support for Windows operating systems.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation for Windows administration.
- Support the complete lifecycle of Windows technology assets across x86/x64 environments.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation operating systems.




- 5+ years of hands-on experience with PowerShell and scripting.
- 10+ years of experience in Windows OS image creation and management.
- Strong Active Directory (AD) experience – 10+ years.
- Hands-on experience with HCL BigFix.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
- Robust project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Work Expectations

- Ability to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- Willingness to support overnight/rotational support schedules.
- Occasional weekend support may be required.
