Role & responsibilities The Lead for Vendor Sourcing at PCBL will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for critical raw materials and chemicals used in lithium-ion battery manufacturing. You will identify and qualify current suppliers, negotiate techno-commercial contracts, and ensure a steady supply chain for high-purity minerals and additives. This role requires balancing cost optimization with strict quality standards while collaborating closely with R&D; and manufacturing teams to support the scale-up of battery production
