Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design user interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, and desktop software using Figma, Sketching, and other relevant tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business goals.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to iterate on designs and improve the overall user experience.

- Develop visual design systems, guidelines, and standards for consistent branding across all digital products.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in UI/UX design with expertise in product design, mobile application design, and user interface designing.

- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools (Sketching) for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Solid understanding of human-centered design principles and ability to apply them effectively throughout the design process.
