Tech Implementation LeadREGO is looking for a driven and experienced Tech Implementation Lead to lead end-to-end technology implementations and ensure seamless adoption of our platforms and solutions across business operations.

The role requires robust ownership, technical understanding, project management skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technology implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical and functional solutions.
- Prepare implementation plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and project trackers.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Sales, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage system configuration, workflows, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment.
- Drive UAT, issue tracking, defect resolution, and go-live readiness.
- Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct user training and ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.
- Take complete ownership of implementation-related issues until closure.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, SOPs, implementation reports, and sign-offs.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and technology optimization.




- Monitor post-go-live performance and ensure timely stabilization of implemented solutions.
- Provide regular implementation status updates, highlighting progress, risks, delays, and corrective actions.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in technology implementation, SaaS implementation, software deployment, IT project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software implementation and project lifecycle management.
- Experience with API/system integrations, data migration, UAT, testing, and deployment.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- High level of ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and execution discipline.
- Experience in ERP, CRM, automation, or business process technology will be an added advantage.
