Salesforce Consumer Goods CG Cloud Lead Experience

Mandatory skill Salesforce CG Cloud with retail execution and offline mobile apps

Lead Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CG Cloud Lead to design develop and support Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Solutions The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience leadership capabilities and expertise in DevOps and CICD pipelines This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders managing end-to-end delivery and ensuring scalable high-quality Salesforce implementations

Key Responsibilities

- Salesforce CG Cloud Functional Leadership Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions including:
- Account Retail Execution o Visit Planning o Promotion Management
- Order Management DSD Indirect Sales Act as a subject matter expert for CG Cloud features and best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Provide guidance and mentorship to development and support teams
- Development Customization Hands-on development using: Apex Classes Triggers,



Lightning Web Components LWC, Visualforce as needed,
- Flows and Process Automation Develop and customize CG Cloud data models UI components and integrations
- Ensure performance optimization security and scalability Support Maintenance Lead production support activities including o Incident management
- Root cause analysis o Bug fixes and enhancements Work closely with business users to resolve issues and improve system usability Manage Salesforce releases patches and upgrades DevOps Build Pipeline Design and manage CICD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as: Copado Gearset Jenkins GitHub GitLab Azure DevOps or similar Implement version control strategies Git-based branching models Automate deployments testing and validation across environments Enforce Salesforce development and deployment best practices Integration Architecture
- Lead integrations with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs Work with middleware tools eg MuleSoft where applicable
- Ensure proper error handling logging and monitoring Required Skills Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture
- Expertise in Apex LWC SOQL Flows and Salesforce security model Proven experience in DevOps CICD and release management
- Experience in Agile Scrum delivery models Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead technical discussions and solution design workshops Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Platform Developer III
- Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accreditation
- Salesforce Architect certifications preferred Experience in FMCG CPG domain Exposure to mobile Salesforce applications and offline capabilities
- Key Attributes: Robust problem-solving and analytical skills Leadership mindset with hands-on execution
- Ability to work in fast-paced multi-project environments
