Context —

JLL is seeking an Architect – Gen AI & Agentic AI to join its JLLT tech Engineering team. Resource's primary responsibility will be to incubate, oversee management, and provide architecture guidance during end-to-end design, implementation, and maintenance of Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives, built on and integrated with the organization's low-code/RPA/BPM platforms. We are looking for an Architect who thinks out of the box and is always excited about new challenges.

It is very important to both lead multiple initiatives through project teams and to remain hands-on while delivering early prototypes.

Communication: It is the key to successful adoption of an architecture and solution approach; this position requires you to create excitement within business and technical leadership around current AI-led initiatives.

What This Job Involves —

- Facilitate requirements elaboration workshops to understand current state processes and technology, and map out a future state that includes improved process definition, Agentic AI/GenAI enablement, and best-practice architecture for integration of existing products or new technology solutions.
- Define and own the enterprise architecture and reference patterns for Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including orchestration, model selection, RAG/knowledge integration, guardrails, and responsible-AI compliance.
- Guide and facilitate operational discussions to understand the key drivers of the process and/or business, and identify opportunities where GenAI/Agentic AI can drive measurable value.
- Provide team leadership and/or support for customer/solution engagements and lead efforts to define design blueprints spanning Low code/No code tool, AI agents, and enterprise integration layers.
- Articulate use cases and product roadmap to ensure understanding across project leads,



business stakeholders, and the technology team.
- Engage with operations, IT, security, and other stakeholders to represent operational, process, and data-governance needs in the design and development stage.
- Lead and document UAT and model/agent validation processes with strategic end users.
- Facilitate roll out and adoption of new AI-enabled products/features, including change management and enablement of business teams.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate ideas, projects, and opportunities to develop new products, technologies, and business models across business segments, with a focus on GenAI and Agentic AI adoption.
- Collaborate across business segments to both find opportunities for, and showcase ideas in, the Innovation and emerging technology pipeline.
- Create business and solution architecture models demonstrating how AI agents, BPM platforms, data, and enterprise systems interoperate within the organization.
- Conduct analysis to determine the best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or platform or tooling procurement.
- Apply and utilize business and solution modelling methods to ensure results-oriented deliverables that can be reused as a corporate knowledge resource for executive decision-making.
- Lead Senior Management through the development of an enterprise architecture and AI adoption plan for the line of business.




- Evaluate and present information that facilitates effective and timely decision-making through written and oral communication materials that effectively summarize findings with recommendations.

To apply you need to have: —

- At least 12+ years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in Enterprise Architecture, BPM/low-code automation , and hands-on exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI solutions.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions — including agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., AWS Agent Core, Claude, LangChain/LangGraph, or equivalent), LLM integration, prompt/RAG design, and multi-agent workflows.
- Should have experience designing system/business architecture and have designed large-scale, scalable applications on market-leading low-code/no-code platforms.
- Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement them, leveraging BPM/low-code capabilities together with GenAI/Agentic AI patterns.
- Experience across all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric, AI- and process-based applications.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies; working with business and architecture teams to evaluate modern technologies, develop prototypes, and lead modernization of the JLL technology platform.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and formal presentation formats (English).
- Ability to communicate business and technical issues to technical teams and clients, including translating AI/ML concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with BPM workflow and customer service-based applications, and integrating them with AI/agentic capabilities and enterprise data platforms.
